I cheated yesterday, I had a much larger amounts of #carbohydrates & sugar then I usually do (which has been 0 on my years long #carnivore diet) and my body rejected it in no uncertain terms.
I may try it again to eliminate the placebo effect possibility... One day... If I ever feel up to possibly going through that again...
