It's soup made with lasagna ingredients, you use broth and add diced tomatoes for the base. Italian sausage gives it some protein, I'm planning on using lentil pasta for the noodles (lot of protein and fiber 😳), and top it with ricotta. I subscribe to a meal planning service because I hate getting in to a cooking rut 🤷‍♀️.
