Back before all of the divisions really got started, I would go to social media sites and just browse around to see what I'd find. Sometimes, it was surprising, even to myself, that I'd find a photo, song, interpretation of something, an idea, etc. that would become the treasure-find of that day. Kinda like browsing through a thrift store and finding something that you love when you weren't ever looking for it. As we gravitated towards sites where they'd have us 😎 ,the nuance faded and things became 'Love Trump and Trump this and Trump that' and if you went even further into the abyss, then it'd be 'jews, niggers and faggots' over and over, everything was either a jew, a nigger or a faggot, or porn - it all became so redundant, bleak and boring. I suppose that the end of the innocence does that but I kinda miss the creativity and the less-serious, fun side of social media.
