I’m from Poland, currently living in the UK, but my experience with the cops in both places was… okay. In Poland I’ve spent 30 years living on a football fan district in Kraków, where beatings, knife stabbings were a normal occurrence so the cops were generally the only force that could discipline these animals. In the UK my experience with cops was limited to them dealing with drunk Britons which also wasn’t too controversial.
