I have Immich in a 15 year old Xeon desktop computer. Without NVidia it took maybe three days to do the full machine learning of 1 Tb photos. Then I bought NVidia 1660 from tori.fi with 60 euros. Now the full machine learning for smart search takes about 2-3 hours.
