I'm noticing a lot of calls coming in to my local PD that are outrageous to here and when the Police respond there is no evidence of the occurrence. I kind of caught on that these are fake calls coming into the call center.They are grouped. each day it is a topic, one kind of disturbance. Then next day it's on to another. Could these be tests for something bigger?
the common thread is they are all meant to scare the public.
