DAY 42 Part Two. In mine no one wanted to take charge and I was sort of forced to do it, I didn’t want to tell people want to do and boss them around and I didn’t even though I should as we were slow to get things done. I felt kind of old. Started our mousse cakes today, brownie and joconde bottoms, and we made some panna cotta and lemon curd as well, oh and chocolate caramel and a crispy thing. Sleep!
