How come you are still expected to tip (18% here in Houston!) when in most restaurants you now have to scan the QR code on your table, wade through pages of up-selling, order your own food and make your own payment? I'll happily tip for some decent human interaction. Tis a sad world of zero human connectivity we are heading to. All in the name of 'convenience'.
