fossil almost killed plan9 for me. and everyone i met had the same issues. was fucking crapping on on our thinkpads at iwp9.
what is the freaking point of it? "fixing" the fossil requires a hellish amount of work. file-systems are absolute hell to debug. it needs actual users who help testing. alone, you will never be able to reproduce all these issues. its not a matter of just refactoring and some code "cleanup". its more likely to just introduce more issues.
