I've got the POW and POWR3 which are Wi-Fi. Could probably also do Bluetooth because they're pretty much just a ESP32 in a crispy shell with a button and an LED.
All my Zigbee stuff is in the Xiaomi ecosystem which is pretty pain free, although one is out of range.
Do you have a link to a Zigbee-to-Wi-Fi-or-Ethernet device that is HA compatible? I've even got a Pi nearby I could plug it into.
