They sent me this long PDF full of statistical analysis based on the onboarding survey I did, and lol. They really (literally) have my number in many areas.
I have worked hard on self-reflection and emotional intelligence so I'm not learning much about myself but it gives me at least some confidence that what they measure lines up.
