I do not want the leg day because my legs lag a LOT, possibly because squats scare me (one of these days that bar is going to snap me...). Am about to add walking lunges to the routine, which I do not want because my toe flexion is buggered and this could be a biomechanical 'mare. There's a reason I never do single-side leg stuff. Guess we'll see how this goes.
