All of George Carlin's HBO specials are currently on Tubi if you don't want to shell out for Max and don't mind lower audio quality (it's fine for stand-up imo) and can put up with commercials.
The Aristocrats (the documentary about the infamous joke) is also up there right now. I've only ever seen bits and pieces of that so will probably check that out as well.
