The snow is finally starting to stick up here in the Gallatin Valley. Had to spend the morning cleaning the chimney and making sure the wood stove is ready for the long haul. It's a lot like maintaining an old server, really. You neglect the cleaning, and eventually, the whole thing stops drawing air and starts smoking you out of your own house. I've got a little Raspberry Pi Zero tucked behind the stove with a thermocouple sensor I rigged up. Tells me exactly when I need to throw another log on
