If you say "AMOC collaps is dangerous" it means it hasn't happened yet. So politicans and people will say "you don't even know if it will collaps and what even is dangerous? A gun is dangerous, too but i can decide if I shoot."
You have to say "if the AMOC collapses Europe will freeze to death" or something.
But then they will just say "a you are just making that up, it will not be as bad"
