luckily in local government the FR can't do much damage, because in most democratic countries (even the UK, I suppose) this "managerial class" is chosen independently from the pro-tempore ruling politicians, and it must abide by national law before the local by-laws.

it will be a problem (for the country) when FR will win the general elections, and it can make the laws to put its own minions all over the administrative system for decades.
