I’ve emailed my accountant again, as he has a more direct communication line. He asked them some months ago and they said they’d investigate and contact him, and then didn’t.

I’ve tried calling the CRA but get a message saying to call back some other time, and I don’t really know what to do with that. Set an alarm to call back every 15 minutes?
