I'm always glad to see active tech communities, but I wish things weren't on Facebook. "Just head over to our Facebook group" sounds easy, but as someone who left all their connections and social interaction behind when quitting Facebook because it was unsafe for me as a trans person it's basically "you can't be a part of this" 😢
