I thank you for having an open mind and listening to the opinion of others! Most people are totally satisfied with talking about the people fighting instead of talking to the people fighting, and i live in a place where it's possible to talk to those people, and have connections which go back long.
I can just tell you the arguments being made about Nato or historical relationships is not what concerns the actual people there. They are concerned about bombs and rape and the houses their grandfathers build being destroyed, and the farmlands they worked being mined because of reasons, that don't matter to them. Of course you can blame the Ukrainians for fighting back and not just accepting foreign domination, but they are proud people who don't wanna be ruled or controlled by moscow again, and thats not just the ukrainian speaking part of the population, that includes the russian speaking part majority wise too! They are also pissed that all the shit they cared about got fucked up and that their Babushkas were brought to tears when they had to leave.
