Hearing my son blast 90s music... Songs and artists released twice his age... That goes well past the date of music I played at his age. I kinda cut it off at Jimi Hendrix and The Doors (which seem like ancient times now but we're only a few years before I was born.
I wonder if this genuine appeal of 90s (and some 80s) music for the Gen Z/Alpha kids is because so much of what they listen to released today is so derivative (see EVERY Dua Lipa song as an example).
