Nostr1 relay operators, rate limits have been put in effect on all relays due to an on-going DDoS attack. Since I have never had to turn this on previously, I am curious if it will have any impact on you. If you see a 403, that means you are on an hour cool-down, and may have your IP blocked for longer if we start to tip over. If you see a 429, try to back off or you will be put on cool-down. The limits should be fairly permissive, but since we have never had to do this before no doubt everyone and their apps are used to unlimited rates.
