State will now ask you how your exercise felt and automatically adjust recommendations based on your physical fitness levels. If an exercise felt too easy, it will push you up a level to intermediate and advanced depending on where you are. If it’s too hard, it’ll downgrade you if needed. All of this is enhanced with LLMs so it’s not a mechanical shift, but actually reasoned.
