Folks who are more knowledgeable than me, is the DPLA getting out of the Palace Project and turning it over completely to Lyrasis (as noted in https://dp.la/news/library-driven-app-changes-ownership-expanding-access-to-ebooks) appropriately reacted to with HomerSimpson_Woohoo.wav or HomerSimpson_AnnoyedGrunt[echo].wav ?
I suspect it's the latter, but I don't know.
