Comfort food often looks different depending on where you're from.
There is a soft spot in my heart for braised offal.
Duck, pork, chicken, beef... You name it.
Always takes me straight back home.
To be eaten with lots of fragrant, steamed jasmine rice or hand-cut rice noodles.
