A follower isn't someone who just clicks a button. It's someone who sees where you're going and decides to go there too. Not because they have to. Because they trust the direction.
Jesus said: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."
Hear. Know. Follow. Not "subscribe." Not "like." Walk together. Trust. Go the same way.
It's Okay to Follow
You don't have to figure everything out alone. You weren't meant to.
It's okay to follow someone who's done the work. Who's been where you are and found the way out. Who speaks truth even when it costs. Who's going somewhere you actually want to go.
Following isn't weakness. It's wisdom. It's how we learn. It's how we grow. It's how we don't spend years lost in places someone else already knows how to leave.
The key is knowing who to follow. Not the loudest. Not the most popular. Not the one with the biggest platform.
The ones who:
· Have done their own work
· Speak what they live
· Don't need you dependent
· Point you back to yourself, not to them
· Are going where you actually want to end up
Follow them. Let them lead. Walk with them.
That's not being a follower. That's being wise.
