4. What's going on here is that high Northern European, esp. Nordic, trust, makes it easy for the mainstream to be racist. Nordics trust their institutions and refuse to believe that the police or immigration authorities may be biased against immigrants; thus, they constantly share statistics of immigrant overrepresentation in arrests as evidence of immigration overrepresentation among criminals. Americans get that the criminal justice system may be racist; Nordics do not.
