indeed. before ai, some devs get some snippet of code from tech forums without knowing how it works. we used to call them "script kiddies". no problem getting them from the forums but expecting to slap it with the existing system in the hope it will not break the rest is reckless and sloppy at best. now with the ai, code logic is hard to come by because some devs become too reliant to their agents to critically think. I'd say only the digital architects (system architect, infra, data architect, solution architect, etc) are going to thrive in the ai space I think. But to be one, you need to get your hands dirty to understand where it breaks, where it falls apart, where are the weak points and strengths. so it is going to be an interesting ride in devs. 🤓
