My whole clan got hit with maximum symptoms flu a couple of weeks ago. Was taking this to correct low D levels, and the sickness didn't touch me. Not even a little.

I upped the dose but not the cofactors using this:

Was taking 7400-8600 IUs daily. Add liquid magnesium with it (I use trace minerals).
