It's a very niche gaming genre :) I definitely remember Ford Simulator, and I think Jeep had one too, where you drove down a trail over logs and across streams and stuff - I remember playing it on PC in CGA. Like the Ford one, it was an official title from Jeep or AMC or Chrysler or whoever owned them during that period.
