I gather you're using Ghost's service? In which case you might be able to use Matamo (as a more venerable #FOSS analytics option than Plausible). If you were hosting it yourself, the easy thing would be to use GoAccess (https://goaccess.io/) to create reports from your webserver logs. Doubt you can do that on the Ghost service, though.
