Love being sent a 5 page, 20MB PDF form for "supplier onboarding" with a cover letter saying how they will only be working with contractors and suppliers who are "onboarded onto our system going forward". For a service billed at less than £110+VAT per year. That they have had for FOURTEEN YEARS.
They are not paying enough for me to even read this let alone fill it in.
