I don’t believe there is a mechanism under the American Constitution for third-party or write-in candidates to influence in a meaningful way the electoral system in presidential elections
It is screwed up, but I think putting energy in that direction is sadly futile without some systemic changes to the Constitution
Which the paranoid minority of slaveholding and landowning founders set up to make really difficult
Grassroots electoral reform needs to be done first
