Oh great! More messing with the USPS. Not sure how bad this might turn out, but it doesn't look good.
Here's what the shipping company I use for me shop sent:
"Starting in February, USPS Post Offices will begin auditing packages more strictly for payment before accepting them. As part of this change, USPS representatives will be more diligent about confirming that postage payment has been fully processed at the time of drop-off."
