A question for the #knitting hive mind.
A garment knitted in garter stitch that needs sewing up on the sides - would you block before stitching up the sides or after? I don't think I've ever knitted a completely garter stitch sweater before and I'm doubting my plan to sew up first and then block. Would it not be easier to block THEN stitch so your seaming stitches aren't too tight?
