i think quitting refined sneed oils a few months ago is paying off now. i was eating a lot of mayonnaise made with low grade refined sunflower oil and stagnating
visceral fat has shrunk significantly since stopping this. granted i also stopped eating other excess fat at the same time, but mayo probably represented most of my fat intake at that point
