PSA: Logging into multiple clients can mess with your follow list as we all know. I've had this issue occur the last couple of days when logging into Iris (npub1wnw…95l8). I have also spent the last couple of days re-finding and following users.
Nostrgram.co has a "following history" (a green calendar) when viewing your profile on their client which can help in restoring your followers.
