Spent a good amount of time with Nix now and wow is it stupid and irritating.
Sure, I still think it's the next big thing coming to dev projects, but the core team seems to actively abhor logical easy-to-adopt design and make shit roundabout and difficult. Incredibly bad learning curve, high barrier of entry.
Not to mention the documentation, or how fucking bad it is.
