I am still convinced that on November 6, the day after the election, that the forces of maga-evil will really get started to make sure that TFG is inaugurated on Jan 20.
(I am also expecting a lot of voter suppression on election day - open carry types will photograph people going to vote, poll watchers equipped with social media data will challenge anti-maga voters, hand counters will "accidently" damage Harris ballots, etc.)
The R's are well poised to trigger plausible uncertainty about counts and certifications that will enable states to pick TFG favoring electoral college panels despite the actual vote counts. The goal will be to either win the electoral count by sending TFG pleged panels or by tossing the vote into the House where there are more R states than D states.
The new presidential election law makes this more likely for this election than for the on in 2020.
