I hate meetings.

Over the past few years I’ve grown my company from just myself to a team of +20

When you start to scale your team past 10 people, routine meetings pile up…

Daily stand ups, recurring calls…

Most of these will feel like you’re just checking boxes and going through the motions 🥱

But earlier this year we introduced a new meeting style that has been a massive unlock for the company

(And I actually enjoy these)…

Think tanks.

These are completely unstructured calls. Just brain dump on a topic(s)

Not recurring. And only scheduled when needed.

This is where the innovation within departments happens.

We’ll try to mix it up and be in a different location… make it feel different than a standard meeting.

Sometimes even start it off with a quick breath-work to get the juices flowing.

Highly recommend. Especially if you’re 100% remote.
