Just love these days when I feel a generalised feeling of not doom, but on-edge-ness like I've forgotten or am going to forget something important, and I have lots to do, and every minor irritation adds to it, and my fringe is too long and the wispy bits are pissing me off as they fall between my eyes and my glasses.
Don't know if ADHD OR AuDHD or just the general human condition but some days I wish I could just chill the fuck out.
