Democrat WA state Governor Bob Ferguson has signed a radical "Student Rights" bill into law that reportedly strips parents of the ability to obtain their child's medical records, mental health records, records of discipline, or any student-specific file maintained by a school.
It also strips parents of the right to receive prior notification when medical services are offered to their child.
