You might expect that I had more knives than this, but in fact, these are the only ones I use. I've paired them with a rather disappointing brandy*.
My best knives are German, so I thought I'd add a nice kirschwasser, but I couldn't find any, so I substituted this homemade cherry bounce (a favorite drink of George Washington).
