Training cut short to 6,4 km because a thunderstorm was heading in our direction. It started raining but luckily I was in my car when hell broke loose with hail and rain. I had to stop the car as I couldn’t see the road anymore. When it calmed down I zigzagged round a telephone pole hanging halfway over de road, but then had to turn around because of a fallen tree. Got home safe in the end.

The white stuff you see on the road is hail.
