It is illegal in my town to grow vegetables in a front yard or have any plants over 6 inches. I had to fight tooth and nail and had to go to a state level to get special permissions. Presenting science does not work. The only thing that works is a higher power agreeing with you. The State of Minnesota tells my City cops to leave me alone based on the Dept of Natural Resources making recommendations on their website that align with my yard. When you try to fight the system, you realize the whole of it is ridiculous and useless. Thousands of taxpayers dollars went into fighting me over doing what the state already tells me to do.
