"At the very least you'd be looking at $30"- This is an arbitrary number. Pricing depends on market norms and the complexity of the work. Suggesting $30 as a baseline for what amounts to a meme edit is absurdly inflated.

Artists are supposed deliver exactly what the client requests, even if the style or purpose is intentionally low-effort.
