I've been testing VPNs in a quite restrictive area and found the following:
No VPN works without obfuscation, as obfuscation method only QUIC works /
QUIC from Obscura VPN (nprofile…xcxz) doesn't do the job
QUIC from Mullvad VPN (nprofile…q5e8) works but the latency is awful
QUIC from #NYMVPN works and latency is much better
