Chuck's condition just really is not improving... he was eating really well at first, but he's less and less interested in food as each day goes by, and he just seems so tired all the time - and yeah, some of that's the medicine, but I can't help thinking that he's just exhausted in general.
I really fear that we may be in the end game for him, and I wasn't prepared for that to happen so quickly.
