Whoever is sitting to the South/West/Southwest is obviously the bottom. They are late risers and will want to hold off till as late as possible.
So the top being the one sitting to the north/east/northeast going first. The switch sitting in the center bottoming for the top, but the switch tops for the bottom who sits at the south/west/southwest going dead last.
