Were you listening on your phone, or a computer? Because as far as I know, Canvas is only viewable on smart phones. I think it would still work even if you don’t have premium. Do you see the time-synced lyrics, at least?
Another possibility is that it’s so new that it’s not available for everyone just yet. They did say it may take up to (I think?) 48 hours or so.
