It’s a solution to a nonexistent problem. Nobody has ever been able to prove widespread voter fraud by noncitizens, and unlike buying alcohol or boarding a plane, voting is a constitutional right. And the places that want to implement it also seem to be the places that are trying the hardest to discourage voting by minority groups.
